Wayne McIlwraith Translational Medicine Institute, 2350 Gillette Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80523<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If you have swum the Horsetooth 10K before and are supplying your own paddler, you can attend the&nbsp;<strong>Orientation\/ Safety <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Webinar<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;instead of the Orientation Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The Orientation\/Safety Webinar will be held at 7pm MDT, Tuesday September 8th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If you are unable to make any of these days\/times, please contact the race organizers as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>10k Race Day Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Sunday, September 13, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><em>Schedule is subject to change <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">5:00 am \u2013 Buses start loading 10K swimmers and paddlers, water craft loaded onto truck at:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Holiday+Twin+Drive+In+Theatre\/@40.5572855,-105.1328353,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m7!3m6!1s0x8769497edbc2d74b:0x64b53356dac65fab!5m1!1s2018-07-23!8m2!3d40.5572855!4d-105.1306466\">Holiday Twin Theater<\/a><\/strong>,&nbsp;2206 S Overland Trail, Fort Collins,&nbsp;parking lot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">5:30 am \u2013 Buses (and watercraft truck) leave for Satanka Cove with swimmers and paddlers (if you miss the bus, you miss the race)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">6:00 am \u2013 Buses arrive at Satanka Cove, watercraft unloaded, swimmers are body marked and final check in. &nbsp;Both swimmers and paddlers must check in!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">6:30 am \u2013 Paddler and swimmer meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">6:45 am \u2013 Paddlers enter water and move into place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">6:50 am \u2013 Swimmers may enter water for warm-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">6:55 am \u2013 Swimmers must exit the water and line up on the ramp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">7:00 am \u2013 Swim starts from Satanka Cove (3 or 4 waves)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">11:00 am \u2013 Awards presentation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">12:00 pm \u2013 Swim closes, any remaining swimmers removed from water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Shuttle vehicles (from South Bay to Holiday Twin) will return swimmers and paddlers to The Holiday Twin parking beginning at 10:00 am and run until everyone is back to their vehicle.&nbsp;
